CASE STUDY
LA Supply Chain Resilience Plan
As part of a multi-agency report addressing local resilience and emergency response, I was tasked with designing a series of graphics that helped distill complex decision-making processes into clear, accessible visuals. The graphics supported both high-level strategy overviews and tactical planning components, aiding stakeholders in aligning operational priorities.
The goal of this project was to visualize the overlapping responsibilities between Supply Chain Restoration and Population Impact Reduction, making it easier for stakeholders to understand shared operational priorities. The graphics were designed to clarify key decision points within each response target, while improving overall communication and engagement across both technical and non-technical audiences.
